Finding my CatchPulse ID

CatchPulse IDs are created upon CatchPulse installation. It is a unique identification that helps the developers to identify/ troubleshoot issues on the device.

To find your CatchPulse ID, please follow the step below:

1. Launch CatchPulse > Settings >About.

   

2. You will see your CatchPulse ID on the About page.
