Annual CatchPulse Server Maintenance Announcement

SecureAge Technology will be conducting general maintenance during these dates

From: Friday, 14 November 2025, 6 pm Singapore (GMT+8)

To: Sunday, 16 November 2025, 6 pm Singapore (GMT+8)

During this maintenance, the following services will be unavailable:

  • CatchPulse Portal

  • CatchPulse and SecureAPlus license activation via the Client or CatchPulse Portal

  • CatchPulse client and SecureAPlus client GUI for the CatchPulse Portal, including:

    • Login/ Signup

    • Redeem Activation/ Promo License

    • License

  • CatchPulse and SecureAPlus Policy retrieval

  • Purchases, renewals, and trial starts for CatchPulse and SecureAPlus

  • Cloud AV results for:

    • Full system scan

    • On-demand scan

    • Real-time scan

    • Vulnerability Assessment scan
