Adding my SecureAPlus or device ID and name on SecureAPlus Account Portal

For SecureAPlus Essentials user, adding SecureAPlus/ Device ID and Name on your SecureAPlus Account Portal allows you to see your SecureAPlus Essentials license expiry date. In addition, it makes it easier for you to redeem for a license extension.

On the other hand, for SecureAPlus Pro user, you can enjoy the additional features that make securing multiple PCs a lot easier.

To add SecureAPlus/ Device ID and name on SecureAPlus Account Portal

  1. Log in to SecureAPlus Account Portal

  2. Once you have logged in and directed to the home page of SecureAPlus Account Portal, click Add Device which can be found on My Devices section.

  3. You will be directed to the Add Device page.

  4. For Device Name, it can be any name that you like. For SecureAPlus/ Device ID, it is your SecureAPlus ID which can be found by launching SecureAPlus > Info & Licenses > Account.
