Finding my SecureAPlus ID

SecurePlus IDs are created upon SecureAPlus installation. It is a unique identification that helps the developers to identify/ troubleshoot issues on the device.

To find your SecureAPlus ID

1. Launch SecureAPlus → Info & Licenses → Account
   

   

You will see your SecureAPlus ID on the Account page.
