OLE Denylist

Denylists give administrators control over which applications are allowed to run on a system. With Denylists, administrators can create a list of applications that are not allowed to execute on the system, thus preventing unauthorized software from being installed or executed.

The Denylist tab consist the following fields:

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Create a denylist is not part of the default set provided by the system.

Choose a file

To prevent certain files from running on a user's device, add them to the denylist.

When a file is in the denylist, it won't be executed.

Remark

Optional: This is a field for a brief description of the Denylist.

You can document the intent, scope, or specific details of what the denylist is about.

A clear description helps other administrators understand the denylist's purpose at a glance.
